It's A Bit Chilly Today

Yes, for a summer day in the middle of July,

I find myself wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.

Why?!?!?!  

I thought this was suppose to be summer!  

But at least it's not so nice out while I am stuck in

my house while I study for my Genetics final! ;)

Because of how chilly I am today, I thought it would 

be appropriate to share some fall looks I am loving! :)

Makes me want to find my leather boots and put them on again! ;)

Anyways, the end of Genetics is approaching and I will have a bit of a break

before the semester starts up again in the fall!  Yay!! :)

Here's to keeping the motivation going!

Although, I have to admit, I am quite the nerd and have LOVED

taking Genetics! :)

It's Friday!!

You made it through the week!!

I hope it was a fabulous week and you have a 

wonderful weekend ahead of you!

I will be going out of town to visit my man!  

I miss him so much!!

Unfortunately at the same time, I will be studying for my

genetics final next week.  

I just can't believe how fast this summer has gone by so far!!

This past week, I was so inspired by many ideas,

so get ready for lots of random and cool stuff! :)

1. Hunter Purple Rain Boots

As a college student, I need to walk around campus even when it is

pouring rain outside!  

These Hunter boots are both stylish and perfect for those wet days.

2. Ice Cream Invitation Cards

I saw this idea and immediately started day dreaming about 

when I have kids one day!  ;)

How adorable are these cards?!  I think cards would be such 

a fun idea to do for those I care about.  And how thoughtful is a home-

made card? :)

This would be a great idea for spring, but I think for the summer time as well.

You can never go wrong with Essie nail polish!

Essie is seriously found everywhere.

6. Big Juicy Burgers.

I. Love. Burgers.  

It is kind of bad how much I love burgers and eat them like

all the time. 

Not exactly setting a good model for my future patients, am I? ;)

Reading Nooks

Every night before I go to bed, I have to read a book.

Or I will take FOREVER to fall asleep!  

Besides, it is always fun to get so caught up in a story and want to

find out what is going to happen next!

Now, I am starting to dream about having separate areas in my future home

that would allow me read while laying comfortably by a big window.  

How cozy and warm would these nooks be?!

I don't know about you, but I could get totally lost in reading a book here

during a rainy day and have a cup of tea.

Or maybe a sunny day too since the outdoor one would be sweet too! ;) 

I am thinking about making this pizza tonight for dinner!

It has bacon in it so why not?! ;)

Looking Good, Girl!

Hello, everyone!

I have been inspired by many different looks to add to my wardrobe 

and to try soon! 

From nail ideas to how to dress in the fall,

I am ready to rock 'n roll! ;)

I love these two nail ideas, perfect for summer!  So much fun!

Holy smoky eye look!  I really like the purple eye shadow here!

This would complement my pretty green eyes.  ;)  

I want this skirt so bad!!  

My favorite part about this outfit is the scarf!  This would be great for when 

fall first starts up!

I also think these pizzas from Food and Wine would be delicious!

Cupcake Art

Lately, I've been bombarded with many cute ideas on how 

to decorate cupcakes!!

The videos I have watched so far have made this look super easy, 

but I'm sure it's one of those things that takes a long time to truly master.

Nevertheless, if I had the choice to eat sweets all the time, breakfast, lunch,

and dinner, I totally would. 

But I guess I will have to limit myself. ;)

Make a Statement!

Hello there!!

Where have I been, you may ask?

Well, I have just completed yet another year of college! 

Where is the time going?!?!  Crazy!!

But it surely was a good one!! :)
